"The house was impeccably clean and organized. The host had already thought of every possible question and had answers written down in English in various guides and instructions. He also provided helpful maps identifying local restaurants and attractions nearby. The host had great communication and had thought of everything. "Beautifully designed, well appointed, thoughtfully presented, and absolutely gorgeous space. It was an excellent stay! The instructions were clear, the staff helpful and friendly. It was on a quiet street and still close enough to the main sites of Kanazawa that you could walk to anything in about 20 minutes, or take the bus on the bus loop from the nearby stop. Would definitely stay here again."

"We love our stay at Kazueya! It gave us a chance to truly experience the ryokan and how locals live. We especially enjoyed the peaceful night in our surroundings :) In addition, one of the staffs (a young lady) at Pacific hotel was super helpful. Due to the language barrier, she helped me to get bus tickets to shirakawago and to Takayama. I can't thank her enough for that! Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and I've already rated Kazueya 5 stars on Expedia!"
