"The room itself was quite good and the staff on hand were polite and helpful.
This rating is based on the fact that I had made a reservation online. But when I arrived at the hotel there was no record of my payment or room in my name.
This matter took well over an hour to resolve. I was also informed by the staff that I had been overcharged for the room. Even though I was promised the issue would be resolved before I left, nothing was done.

"This property is excellently run, beautiful inside and out, and the service is first-rate. I was honestly very surprised at how comfortable and well-run everything was - truly comparable to a high-end US or European hotel.
