"A mixed week long business stay at this airport hotel. The good - great location / proximity to main airport building; lovely breakfast; friendly staff; clean and modern vibe. The bad - housekeeping was dreadful (cleaning missed 2 days in a row despite me following the instructions); dodgy air conditioning in room not fixed; petty check-in tried to charge me to access my room very slightly early; no telephone in the room to contact housekeeping or reception (involved a lengthy walk to resolve...

"I requested my room be on same floor as another guest already at hotel. This was accommodated. Staff is very friendly. Twice I had a knock at door asking if I needed anything. Breakfast was incredibly fresh and everything I enjoyed was tasty. Excellent coffee and selection of teas too. This hotel was easy starting point to City Centre and Kamppi and Loyly sauna and wonderful restaurants and cafes. Excellent hotel. Incredible experience."

"Really nice building and very comfortable room with everything we needed. Tea & coffee was provided (but no milk for the tea but I hear that it's an absurd idea to have milky tea in Finland). However, I wasn't sure about the snacks and wine, were they complimentary or additional? Decided not to risk it.
