"Entrance to the accommodation was not easy to locate as I passed at least thrice before figuring out where it is. The front desk closes at 6pm and there isn’t a lift so beware not to carry too heavy. The stack where my room is not soundproof and was offered a family room upgrade on a different stack. Overall the stay was pleasant as it’s right in the middle of the new town and a tourist attraction with lots of local coffee shops. The room was rustic but clean with pleasantly strong air conditioning to deal with the heat, so I left well despite the rooms not soundproofed. I look forward to stay here again next time I visit Ipoh"

"Apartment is good except very stingy on toilet paper. There’s 4 adults staying in the apartment for five days and only allocated 4 rolls. We need to request for it and only given 2 rolls until we need to buy our own tissues. There was no water during one night in toilets and we were unable to flush and wash hands till next morning which there were no communication or warning. Unable to make drink water or make beverages too. "

"The location is very good near to the city center and all shops The parking is very easy and have so many lots for free. The room is spacious and clean and the staff is nice. However, the toilet is very bad with no bidet and need to fill gallon to flush the toilet. They took RM20 as a deposit for AC remote which is quite new to me Overall my experience is not recommending this hotel"
