"Pool areas were nice although too few chairs for guests. Check in was a bit disorganised - too few staff for number of guests queuing. We arrived early morning and accept we could net check in until 3pm but there was no opportunity to use any of the property facilities until then such as pool area. Hotel is in a good location but Kuala lumpur is not a walkable city in that location so took excessive amount of time to walk relatively short distances to park and mall. "This hotel is a new build so everything was modern and new. Lovely clean rooms and fantastic friendly staff. The rooms were cleaned daily inclusive of any washing up that needed doing. There was air conditioning in all of the apartment bedrooms as well as the living room. There is a kids club that is open until 6pm daily and swimming was available until 11pm which came in handy when we had been out all day. Would highly recommend this hotel apartment."

"Assuming our room was representative.of others then this property is in need of a deep clean and some renovations and other updates. The bathrooms have mold, broken fixtures, etc. Around the apartment, the walls have spots and dirt on them and the mouldings and door frames are peeling off in some spots. The kitchen cupboard are all sticky and gross. I honestly don't know how the place is rated at 4 stars. To me this place is akin to a roadside motel. I've stayed at 2 star hotels in North America...

"Excellent place to stay in KL: great view, superb amenities, central location, etc. We stayed at floor 109 and had excellent view of the city from the bedroom and bathroom. Got upgraded to corner king room which was very very spacious, with separate foyer, bathroom area, storage area had ironing board, safety box, dyson hair dryer. Enough space on the living room to do work from the desk, and do yoga while facing the sky high view of the city. Felt unreal when you first stepped into the room. Bathroom has super gorgeous and spacious bath tub with modern blind, lamp, water fountain etc, all facing the gigantic window. Park lounge has excellent breakfast. Service was great. Definitely a recommend, especially after the mall and MRT will be open next year"
