In desperate need of some attention. Walls were cracked and peeling. Ceiling tiles in bathroom were moldy and falling down. Electrical outlet pulling away from wall. Cobwebs. Taiping is a small town. Novetel location in the city center. Walkable to restaurants nd grocery stores. The area is safe. The room is clean and nice. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is okaish tho.
