"The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made my stay very comfortable. The front desk and dining area were clean and well maintained, so I felt very comfortable during my stay. The room itself was fairly standard, but it was cleaned carefully. One small negative was that I found a small piece of toilet paper on the floor next to the toilet. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. Having a 7-Eleven on the ground floor was also very convenient."

"Gothic in the tropics. Very moody and atmospheric styling. Plus; outside my room there is a great looking statue of a whale shark! Bonus :) Room is very clean. Breakfast buffet is great and clean! Staff are super friendly and helpful. One area that can be better cleaned is the fitness center. It’s fabulous that it is 24hrs available, but here is a tip: Add some disposable alcohol wipes and this will make the experience better and 5 stars!"

I will definitely be returning next time when I’m back at Cameron Highlands."
