"Insufficient parking for all booked guests. Under major renovations that caused access problems on all floors. Staff had no regard for people having to park on the street instead of within the gated area and were rude about it. Gym can’t be called a gym with one piece of equipment from the 70’s and a cardio machine. No actual restaurant on premises."

"I was so appalled by the state of repair while I walked down the hallways that I almost left the hotel before I reached my room. At least the room itself was in a decent state. Then my kids wanted to try the pool and it was filthy and ill-maintained."

"I would say it’s important to know that there’s heavy construction going on in the area. If you are driving a vehicle, it is very difficult to turn into the property. Very few access points. Otherwise, I would say this is a lovely hotel and I will stay here again. As I have done many times."
