No staff whatsoever. No coffee or water in room. Beds like concrete and only one pillow per bed. Credit card machines not working so we had to pay cash. Bathrooms nice and good shower.

Hotel Forza Kanazawa
My only significant problem was the laundry, which consisted of 4 or 5 small machines in a very small room with no table to put clothes on. The machines were combination washer-dryers, one of which had a "Broken" sign on it. Although the machine I used got the clothes clean, the drying phase was ...
