"Avoid staying in the area in general if you can. Staff wasn’t really friendly minus one cleaning staff who let me in back to my room before check out when my keys stop working and went to the front desk twice to try and fix it. No restaurants or food service with in walking distance "

"Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative to the hotel is parking in front is very limited and difficult to get in and out of. The area is used mainly for drop off or check in with a parking garage available one block away. The parking garage does have reserved spots for hotel guests and your parking is validated by the hotel. "

"One night stay. Disappointed that there was no ice available on the property. No ice machine. The front desk clerk told me that there were ice trays in the refrigerator/freezer. When I said, "They're empty", he said that was for hygiene purposes. And I had really been looking forward to my Jack Daniels on the rocks. I also think the "Free Breakfast" was a bit oversold."

"We had three prepaid rooms through Expedia for my team. Upon arriving at around 11 PM, the lone clerk spent over 30 minutes trying to get us into rooms. The first room took three attempts as the clerk (talking at length with someone on the phone while trying to figure out what to do with us) had sent this person to one room and then another which was occupied. "Expedia need to work better with their affiliates. I booked for a room for 5 people and when we got there they said they don't have such room. I paid for 2 nights but did a late checked in the morning after the first night. I requested a cot then and 4 more times after that. We did not get our cot till almost 10 on our last night."
