"We enjoyed every moment! The tent was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to make our visit amazing:) A beautiful setting and very well maintained grounds. We got to enjoy breakfast on the deck with the Wallabies. Perfect experience to add to the Island. "

"Disappointing. While the hotel is in the process of being extended and refurbished, that did not include the room we stayed in which although spacious and clean was in need of an update. The hanging space and vanity were tiny, especially for such a large room.
Eating out options at American River for dinner are extremely limited. Dinner at the hotel was expensive and service not to standard. While the staff were unfailingly polite, helpful and doing their best they were under resourced for...
