"We had a great stay at the Wingate. From the moment we checked in Maria and the rest of the front desk staff were exemplary. Always friendly and supportive and eager to answer questions And accommodate. We had an issue with the EV charger and our Tesla, the front desk staff offered us an adapter that was a genuine Tesla adapter which was great. Unfortunately our Tesla was not able to charge at that EV charger so if you are looking to book this hotel based on that, make sure you have a newer than 2021 Tesla or you know it is compatible. Our room was clean everything worked well, the buffet was decent and well stocked and you could get filtered water anytime at the gym cooler.
The only downside to this property really, was the new carpet they had obviously installed in the room. It did have a new carpet smell and didn't really have time to off gas. It didn't bother us too much though so no big deal. I would highly recommend this property especially if you are seeing a concert at the credit union one amphitheater which is an amazing venue."
