"I last stayed here three years ago and thought it was great to come back and see all the new updates and I can’t complain! We forgot a toothbrush and the front desk gave us some, the breakfast is decent for a hotel, and valet is very convenient. This will be our go to hotel when visiting KC."

"The hosts were great. We arrived in the city early and they allowed us to keep our luggage there during the day until check-in. The host had brought our bags up to the room. When we checked in, we were given a very welcoming tour of the house and orientation. The house is very centrally located close to shopping, Union Station, restaurants, and the streetcar. "Really enjoyed this stay. The staff were very nice considering a mixup with overbooking, but thankfully I was able to keep my reservation without any added stress. We came from about 8 hours away and were treated super nicely. Room and lobby were spotless, and also made it even nicer than we were only 5 minutes away from our venue! Also, Starbucks being in the building - HUGE PLUS. "

"We’ve stayed here a couple times for an event at the KC Convention Center, and are never disappointed. Staff is very accommodating, always present, super friendly, and seem to enjoy working there. Breakfast is good, it’s nothing to write home about, but it’s hot and has some flavor. The street car is a block and a half away, and there is a Dollar General a block away which carries a little bit of just about everything you need."

"This is a decent stay for the price. The room could have been cleaner, specifically the bathroom. The carpet was damp and sticky as well. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful."

"I stayed 3 nights, not one single day did housekeeping come by. I had to request for them to come get the trash and they never came, on top of that I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels. My overall stay wasn’t so pleasant. But the beds are comfortable. So if you don’t mind a dirty room, mid breakfast, then I guess you will be fine."

"The hotel was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food. The rooms were decent. The only complaint is the shower drain in our bathroom was not cleared of hair. You wouldn’t see it initially because it is under a filter type screen. However, the shower started filling up and it was only when we pulled up the screen that we were able to see the drain was blocked with hair. Other than that it was a great stay."

"Wonderful, gorgeous, stately home turned into hip accommodations while in KC. 10 minutes from anything you’d want to do in KC. Street parking in front of the property is free and easy. Can’t recommend this property enough!"

"Allowed us to check in early. Staff were all amazing. Room was clean. Only issue was that the room smelled like marijuana so bad it gave us a headache. It dissipated after awhile, but wasn’t the best smell walking into the room for the first time. Everything else was fantastic! I’d stay here again."
