It was very clean, food on the chairs and crumbs in the bed. I had to switch rooms because the tv didn’t have wifi, bathroom shower wasn’t clean has to clean it … the first time we stayed a year ago it was nice… this time wasn’t great at all. The lil snack area to buy drinks was covered in liquor no waters or juice.

Very clean, staff were amazing from all the department’s. My only feedback would be to check the floors inside the rooms, at our room the “wood floors “ was moving and raising so any guest could get hurt if you walked on bear feet. Besides that grace place to stay.

The check-in and check-out experience at the front desk was enjoyable. I appreciate the excellent customer service provided there. The room was tidy, the bed was cozy, and the shower was fantastic. The staff were friendly and always wore smiles. Thank you for a great stay.

From the street the property looked questionable for our lofging, but once checked in and in the reserved room the ptoperty was excellent. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of breakfast beverages and food. The property personnel were professional and knowledgable.

The staff were very friendly - especially at the front desk, breakfast attendant, and bartender. The room design was very functional for modern design - master light switch, task lighting at the bedside, mirror on the bedroom side. However I was disappointed at the cleanliness and bed quality. The floor was a little sticky, air filter (visible) was dirty, and there was someone else’s leftover food in the fridge (I could see how housekeeping missed it). The bed spring made noise when I sat/laid in bed. It wasn’t uncomfortable, but felt a little lumpy. I hope management can address the cleanliness for future guests. It’s a great property. PS - love the mural outside.

Check in was easy. The room was clean. The breakfast was ok. The best part was getting to meet Johnathan. He was super friendly and full of knowledge about the area. He made us laugh so much and made the stay way more enjoyable.
