Great location, nice staff. Older property but priced right and unless you're looking for fancy, it's a great place to stay.

We had to request our room be cleaned again bc of food and trash found when we entered, and when I went to speak with the front desk staff he dismissed it and didn't want to do anything about it. I had to request a coffee maker bc there wasn't one in the room and no coffee either, breakfast was coffee, granola bars and muffins; why even bother to offer breakfast or have staff promote the hotel offers "breakfast".

My room was very outdated. Even though the facility was non smoking my room smelled of smoke badly. The bathroom smelled like someone stored onions on it. Walking on the floors dirt stuck to my feet, so I had socks on the rest of the stay. The hallways reeked of pot. I would not recommend this hotel. I could hear the guest upstairs and next door all the way throughout the night.

First impression was the elevator to take up to the rooms, was filthy and the inside needed cleaned really bad. It smelled like someone had been smoking in it for 10 years. Then we got to the room and the fridge was dirty on the outside from food splatter, as well as the underneath of the stove fan. You could tell the microwave had been there a long time. The bathroom ceiling looked dirty and like it had never been wiped down. As you walked in further the floor was dirty with rocks and sand, the table was broken and the TV had some nasty crud wiped on it. The lights were broken and you could see build up on the switches and plug ins. I checked for bed bugs but didn't find any, although it still seemed sketchy. The pillows felt like they were barely stuffed and when we asked for an extra pillow they didn't have any. The ice machine was out of order and when we asked if they had any other option, the front desk clerk said she could give us a ice tray to put in our freezer. Overall the worst hotel I have stayed in yet. I will be asking for a refund

The front desk person was very professional and nice. The grass around the property had lots of poo, people didn’t pick up after their dogs. There was no specific area for dogs but yet it said dogs were welcome? No bathroom on check in floor. No place to sit.

Reserved an Accessible room, shower chair, & made sure they knew my wife’s in a wheelchair. 1. We were placed on the 2nd floor w/o a way to evacuate her unless I was able to carry her out myself. 2. Did not have a handicapped room. 3. No shower chair available on property. 4. The Mgr admitted she didn’t read my notes until the day after we arrived. 5. She shouldn’t have accepted our reservation at all. 6. 2 of 5 lights in the room did not work. They did get 1 to work but not other. 7. No dishes, silverware, cups, anything in the room, you must ask for them. They’ll need to be washed before use. There were 2 small plastic cups & 1.5 bars of soap in the room, that’s all. 8. Only seating other than bed was an old ripped recliner & sm foot stool. No chair for desk. 9. Inside drawers & cabinets were dirty. 10. Room wasn’t guest-ready, even though we arrived ab 8 pm. Plenty of time to prepare the room if they wanted too. We were in town for a funeral. Really didn’t need all this on top of that. 11. No hot breakfast- unless you call heating water in the microwave to mix packet of oatmeal a hot breakfast. Sunday, last morning- the coffee machine ran out & no one there could change the bag to make more! 12. Our last morning, After returning from “breakfast” & trying to help the lady make coffee, I discovered our room keys automatically stop working the morning of checkout / per front desk. 13. Nothing as pictured on website. Parking very tight! No adjustment to our bill !!
