The young lady who was at desk, Rosa I think went above and beyond to get me what I needed. She was so kind. I hope that she is appreciated by holiday inn. Breakfast was better than I expected

The staff was amazing! Everyone including other guest was very polite and helpful. I’m local but I would definitely recommend to everyone I know.

I met two different staff members and they both were amazing! Super helpful and very knowledgeable. I’m not sure who the manager was on duty when I initially checked in but they were also extremely helpful. Thank you!

Breakfast was excellent, great choices and good food. The room was nice but was pretty humid making me feel a bit sticky under the sheets. The people that were about were stomping, running and dropping things on the floor until 2:00 in the morning. I know that was no fault of the staff but made it hard to sleep, non-the-less. The hotel overall was very nice and I would stay there again in a minute.

First the keys didn’t work so we had to get that fixed. When we got in the room it smelled of mold really bad. Found lots of mold on the walls behind the beds!!!! Moved to another room where there was no hot water. Come to find out at least a 1/4 of the rooms had water problems. When I told them of the water issue they try moving me to another room that had a bunch of mold behind the beds yet again!!! Miserable experience. Will never stay or recommend that location again

We got in late, around 1 am. There were kids all over the place out in front of the hotel so you couldn't even pull up to the front door to check in. Once inside I couldn't find anyone at the front desk to help me check in. I finally had to find a phone number to call the hotel to get someone to come out and help me check in. There must be no quiet hours at the hotel because they allowed people to right outside the front door being loud until at least 2 am. Hotel was clean and pretty nice but between the kids playing volleyball right outside until 2 am and a bunch more wondering the hotel until late into the morning I will not be staying there again since the staff can't seem to enforce any sort of quiet hours. Or hotel policy allows it which means I won't be staying there again.

The desk girls were friendly and helpful. However, the cleaning staff never cleaned our room. We usually left the room around 11 which should have been enough time for cleaners to do their job. On the 3rd day I told the girl I would be leaving at 2 and asked her to clean at that time. She acted like she couldn't understand me and never came to clean. Very disappointed in the fact that I had to go downstairs to get towels etc. The premises were pretty and rooms were acceptable. I also got charged for a day in the previous week which I had no knowledge of booking. I would like a refund for August 20.

Do NOT stay here! No breakfast Saturday morning, so had to completely change our morning plans. Entire hotel needs updating and a deep clean. Hotel stays very humid. Everything feels wet, including the sheets and carpet.

We had a 2 day stay and when we arrived and decided to shower after a long day there was NO hot water. Our bathroom shower did not work at all and only dripped. The bathroom stuck you had to push to open and shut the door. Two groups had to move rooms a couple of times because the room were musty. Called the front desk and was told a manager would be in, in the morning. Went to front desk and no manager but after threatening to call corporate office the manager was placed on a call with me. We had 13 people and no hot water in any rooms. The did allow us to cancel our 2nd night and did provide a partial refund for the inconvenience. We did not eat breakfast because with no hot water not sure how food was being prepared and cleaning performed. Unfortunately we will not book this hotel again..

Staff was kind, helpful, and courteous—no complaints at all with any worker. Breakfast was standard—a variety of hot and cold items. Location is good—near Shawnee, Lenexa, and stadium/speedway/Legends. Property is somewhat run-down and in need of upgrades and maintenance (our shower pan had a large crack, carpet was old and dirty, grout was dirty, room had a stale smoke smell, etc.) Though this wasn’t exactly cheap, next time we will spend a little more and stay somewhere else.
