"Absolutely wonderful hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Tokyo was amazing. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. We were concerned the rooms would be small based on other reviews. I’m 5,11 and the bed was fine for me. Suitcases stored under the beds and plenty of room for the 3 of us. The worst thing about the hotel was having to go home to Ireland 😭"

The suite we had was extremely spacious and well appointed. Many amenities and anything you need is in the room. The property has more than 5 restaurants, wedding salon, spa, health club, poll with saunas, convenience store, many shops and a delightful lounge overlooking the Tokyo Tower and waterfalls for afternoon tea or lunch.
