"The room is really clean and equipped with microware, washer and dryer and stove. It is like living at home. The location is very convenient between 2 metro stations and food and shops are with 3 mins walk. Staff is very well communicated. The one bedroom design is great for family staying. Will definitely repeated when coming back to Japan again."

"The hotel is very spacious (especially by Japanese standards) and impeccably clean. The bathroom is clean, bright, and well-maintained. Only thing is that we arrived at midnight and the shuttle wasn’t available any more."

"What I loved about this place: very clean, v tastefully decorated, modern, massive buffet selection, rooms were great size. What I didn't like: while the buffet had a lot to offer there was but much fresh fruit and the eggs were a but average. Some of the staff were not that chatty and looked annoyed when I tried to speak Japanese. There was one lady from Belarus who was ok. The evening best guy never smiled."

"This is an incredible hotel. The location is just a 5 minute walk from Iidabashi train station. There are several convenience stores nearby as well as a drugstore. The rooms are spacious and clean. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Two types of pillows are provided, med and firm (beads). Bathroom includes single-use toothbrush/toothpaste packs, hairbrush, razor, bath towel, shower cap, hair band and makeup cotton pads. In our room, the toilet with a small sink was separate from the main showering area. Slippers and pj's provided. Large sizes available. Ample laundry machines available but it takes a long time to dry. 300-600 yen per wash (includes drying). Laundry room is a lounge with 2 microwave ovens and drink machines. Bottled water proved daily in your room. Phone charger available in the room as well with many optional ports. Drawer space is limited so we put some clothes on the window sill. Not an issue though! Staff are incredible! So helpful and kind! Checkin and checkout was a breeze!"
