Los productos de limpieza del baño eran de buena calidad y la tina es de buen tamaño. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la estación y del templo. Todo funcionaba a la perfección. "We were shocked by the extremely small room upon check in. I was pleased the Shinjuku Prince staff worked hard to accommodate us and offer a fair, but pricey upgrade option to a bigger room. Once in this room, we had some issues with noise, but the floor staff were responsive and helped address this problem. All things considered, our stay was enjoyable and if you want to be close to activity- the Shinjuku Prince offers an unbeatable location in this key Tokyo ward."

"Very clean hotel and helpful staff. We loved the amenities like the free breakfast, coffee, and happy hour. The room was cozy and beds were comfortable. There was no iron or steamer in the room, but one was available upon request. The hotel was in a great location. Quiet, but still close enough to walk to the train station and busy shopping areas."

"First, the good stuff: the hotel was visually appealing and the room served its purpose as a place to sleep. The laundry room was well equipped with two each of a washing machine and drier, a water cooler, ice machine, microwave and a vending machine. The shower was decent. The staff were polite, helpful and welcoming. Now the bad: the standard rooms are tiny. We travelled as a couple with luggage (a suitcase and a backpack each) and once we were settled in the room, we were having to climb...
