"The hotel is very well located just a stone throw from Takadanobaba station. There is a very cheap drug store at the right corner nearby the hotel (not donki). Donki is located next to the hotel. There is also Peakcock supermarket just around 100m from the hotel"

"Un super hôtel à Shinjuku, près d’un très joli parc. Tout était parfait, le personnel au top, la propreté de l’hôtel, le buffet du petit-dej.
Pour que tout soit parfait, il faudrait baisser la musique de la salle du petit-dej, qui est, à mon goût, un peu forte.
Autre chose importante, mon époux a oublié son iPad à l’hôtel, ils l’ont trouvé et le conservent jusqu’à ce que l’on repasse à Tokyo le lendemain. C’est super. Merci pour tout !"

"日本の良さギュットつまったホテルだと思います。
只、構造上窓枠が小さく照明も暗い調光も出来ず洗面所も無い…
女性は特に化粧をする際顔の色具合が全く分からない。
又高齢になると照明が暗いので物事が分かりづらい
後、簡易テーブル(折り畳みでも良いので)あると良かった
スタッフの方達のホスピタリティーは最高でした‼️
結論として…
女性や高齢者目が不自由など多方面から見た改善の余地はあるかと思います。

"Its location is really good, very close (2-3mins walk) to the middle of all the actions in Shinjuku but not too noisy or crowded around the hotel. Convenience store (Lawson) was just 1-2 min away.
The room was small but had enough space to store 2 big luggages and we can open and close them easily. Really like the slippers provided! Bathroom was nice, too!
Didn’t try breakfast or laundry but witnessed that the laundry room was always busy. Free water refilling and free ice at the...

"Great location with subway stop very close. 10 minute walk from shinjuku. We packed light so the room size wasn’t an issue. Really handy having the washing machine in the room. Staff were always very friendly and helpful "

"Room was tiny but OK. View out the window this time was poor but not as bad as a previous room which looked directly into the blank wall of a neighboring building. Breakfast is very good but I wish it opened 30 minutes earlier. I come for business (university) several times a year and I would like to start earlier."

"Breakfast is manly indian food. But you can get omlets and pancakes the location is safe. Good location easy walk to Don Quijote anf train station. Hotel is clean and very quit no issues checking in or out. BUT you are surrounded by scamers trying to drag you into hostess bars. They where even standing on hotel stairs at entrance. Staff made no effort to make them leave. If youre with kids or by yourself and dontblike that BS DONT stay here. Its non stop harassment from time you leave train...

"Fabulous breakfast with plenty of choices, the Japanese dishes in particular are so yummy.
Reception staff were really helpful, especially with sending our luggage to our next destinations as it was our first time doing it.
Room was a bit small but super clean with loads of amenities.
Very convenient with a 7-11 located in the same building. Location was great, quiet bit still central.
All in all, very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again."

"Great location to visit Tokyo, close to Shinjuku station. you can visit Shinjuku area by foot: Gyoen Parc, Shinjuku crossing, 3D cat, Gozilla, Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) and many restaurants! Great staff. Amazing breakfast. We would come back anytime.."
