I had a great stay at this hotel. It was away from the hustle and bustle of main Shinjuku, but walking distance to a train station. There were several convenience stores and a grocery store nearby. It came with a mini fridge and microwave and the big plus was the combination washer dryer which came in handy. I was travelling solo so the room size was perfect for one person. I arrived late in the evening and it was a good thing there is a McDonald’s next to the property.
I was surprised the room came with a washer/dryer machine! Very handy for long travel, and I appreciated the pajama, towel service, and indoor slipper amenities provided.
Great location with subway stop very close. 10 minute walk from shinjuku. We packed light so the room size wasn’t an issue. Really handy having the washing machine in the room. Staff were always very friendly and helpful
I appreciated the easy check in and out that this property offered, and the quieter (yet central) location in Nishi Shinjuku. There were great amenities nearby and located not far from the Nishi-Shinjuku station made transportation easy. We also appreciated the large and lively central park across the street. Lots of green space in the middle of a big city.
We chose this hotel because of its location to the Tokyo Marathon start line, which was about a 15-minute walk away. The hotel is also located near some great basic restaurants, an incredible park, and numerous subway lines. We would stay here again.
This is our third visit to Tokyo and this was the best choice for hotel stay. The room is much more spacious, laundry in the room was a big plus. Easy transportation to bus and subways. Friendly and helpful staff and freshly ground coffee and espresso machine 24/7. Definitely would stay here again!
Great location & affordable! Close to the nishi shinjuku train station, 7/11, family mart, McDonald’s is literally next door and other great restaurants! Staff were friendly. Although our room was small, it was clean & comfortable. Highly recommend!
Pretty spacious room compared to other places we looked at. Love that it had a washer/dryer (It was pretty small but I am not sure if I'm just used to America's washers). The staff was super friendly and the room was clean! Only complaint I had was that I removed the pillow case to adjust it and the pillow underneath was a jump scare, super stained. Still would rate it overalls 5 stars since that was my only qualm.
Great hotel, the staff were great and it was conveniently located, only knocking one star off as the cleaning left a lot to be desired, hairs on the bed, limescale around the sink and I saw a cleaner in a customers room sat on the chair playing with her phone. Even after the weekly clean there was still marks in the bathroon that were there before we arrived.

The room was clean, the staff was accommodating, and there were several free amenities in the lobby. Close to the Nishi-Shinjuku station and we enjoyed a pleasant walk to the Meiji Jingu Gardens from here.
The hotel has a great location, within walking distance to Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Harajuku, as well as a subway and bus stop stop about a two minutes walk from the hotel. It is easy to get around the city from the hotel whether you prefer walking or public transit.
The staff were amazing and super helpful. The room itself is rather small, I was traveling solo and it was fine for me, however for two people with bags it might feel crampt.
