"We recently stayed at this Holiday Inn for 3 nights, and it was a great experience. The hotel itself was very nice, and our room was consistently clean, thanks to the housekeeping staff doing an excellent job every day. Another major highlight was the breakfast: it was absolutely great and a wonderful way to start each day. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. We would definitely consider staying here again!"

"The staff located the wrong order for our stay and kept calling us the wrong name. She can not location our payment neither. Expedia agent has reaching out them but no one answer the phone. I have tried to connect with the front desk as well, nobody answer the phone."

"When I pulled in, went to go into the lobby and it was locked with an arrow pointing to a window. There was only a little drawer that I had to pass the hotel manager my credit card and drivers license through that. No intercom so it was very hard to understand her. I’m just a person that would want to have the face to face interaction and not feel like a criminal trying to check in. I would definitely suggest them putting in an intercom so we can actually hear each other. Moving to...
