"The downstairs lobby was beautiful, but you feel like there was a bait and switch when you get upstairs to your room. The smell was so bad until you opened the window and aired your room. "Lights of the unit were off from the evening of the arrival day till check out. No one responded after leaving messages to their so called emergency line. One of rooms heating was off at the same time. We had to sleep on the floor of the living room. Terrible experience"
