"When built a few decades ago was probably very nice, but it’s now approaching the end of its useable life and unfortunately it has not been maintained or even cleaned much. Biggest disappointment was low quality but expensive food — and it’s a long way to town so you’re trapped. Even Grab gets in on the rip-off by making the ride into town three to four times the cost of the ride from town. "

All staff were friendly and genuine. Food at all meals was great. Snorkeling around the property to look for giant clams was a highlight."

"So easy to make a good first impression, and this place failed. Check in was ok, but the room wasnt. No place to put bags, holey bath mat, frayed towels, and no shelf in shower cubical. Also gaps in floor boards and window in bathroom. Pool and dining area was nice, food and drinks okay, but after booking for 5 days we left after 1. The area nearby was lacking."

"We arrived just after midnight. The staff were very couteous and helpful. There was a mix up with booking the free shuttle. I never received a confirmation or knew who to look for so ended up catching a taxi. Instead we received a free shuttle back to the airport before lunch. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean and adequate, good shower. Breakfast was not included but we were able to have for mry38 each.
