"The hotel was fine, but they don’t have an elevator, the worst thing was the A\C in the room it was not doing it job we visited at July and we couldn’t open the windows because of the bugs, we had to park our car outside the hotel parking but it was a safe calm street so it wasn’t a big deal "

"The historical charm of this older home is phenomenal. The father and son are still in the process of restoration and turning it into a bed and breakfast. However, in 2019, they have updated a few of the rooms and I am sure will continue. Adding another set of bathrooms and shower with towels is necessary as well. Gabor knows the history of the building and shares it and that adds to the charm of staying."

"Positives : great location in a beautiful park, very quiet place; buffet dinner included (which I wasn't aware of making the reservation); big superior room with a fridge. Negatives : no air conditioning in the room, the SPA very basic, the swimming pool very shallow and basic, jacuzzi with no massage (or not working), just one Finnish sauna working, the other bio-sauna closed; the water in the sauna cooling pool - terribly dirty and disgusting - I wasn't able to get in there! "Nicely situated just outside the town of Eger about 2 hours out of Budapest. But poor quality staffing meant that corridors to rooms were never cleaned (Same piles of dust on the stairs throughout 4 days). Tiny bath towels. No clean towels or bath mats provided at all. No spare toilet rolls....1 per room. Four shower cap boxes in bathroom but only one contained a shower cap!...the rest were empty. Soap only available from a dispenser. Requests for room service or poolside service for sandwiches...
