"An amazing location with our room overlooking the ocean. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. We used the complimentary kayaks and paddled out to the nearest island, rented a scooter and went snorkeling and hung out at the town square, Alu-Alu. Had some very fresh lobster, shrimp and squid. The room was fantastic. "
"Firstfully I had made a mistake when booking the room. I did select "superious room" which happened to be room without any windows. This was my own mistake but I was really dissapointed that the upgrade to a room with windows would have costed approx. the same price than the original room we took. I was a bit surprised of this because the hotel was almost empty of the other guests during our stay.

"We could not reach CasaVelion due to Covid restriction, the management decided to keep the whole amount of our stay without any kind of refund. The reservation did not allow cancellation, I am aware about this, but for this extraordinary and dramatic event I would expect an extraordinary behaviour. "The address listed on Expedia was wrong. I would not have found the place without a locals help. The owner was leaving town so there was no staff during my stay. Amenities like drinks or snacks for sale was locked and inaccessible due to no staff. The bathroom plumbing leaked. I had two rodents enter my room somehow during my stay. The room otherwise was clean and in decent condition and I was happy there was toilet paper and a flushing toilet and the AC worked well. The location was convenient...
