"The hotel does not have telephones in the rooms, tv's are not smart so you cannot watch your subscripted services, we could not print boarding passes and staff was clueless and unwilling to help. The only reason to stay here is the proximity for an early flight. Otherwise, forget it."

"The absolute best reason to stay here is the close access to Copenhagen Airport and the metro for trips into Copenhagen Center. The breakfast is standard breakfast fare for most breakfast buffets in Denmark hotels. Some hotels like the Clarion are above and beyond that of the Comfort. "Hotel was clean enough but the room was exceptionally small. Hard to move in and out of bed if there is a couple. Did not use the shower because there was no shower stall and water would have sprayed the whole bathroom. The price was good enough for 1 night stay - I would not want to be at hotel for more than that."
