The hotel is nice and comfortable. There is a nice lounge with a terrace on the fourth floor. The room is simple. Would be nice to have a mini fridge and maybe a better desk and chair.

Property is located by many cafes and restaurants. Located on market square. Parking is offsite and confusing at first. But very convenient once we figured it out. About a one and half blocks walk through plaza. Very safe walking in area.

2x schlaflos in Karlsruhe

Zimmer ohne Kühlung zu heiß. Bei offenem Fenster eine schlaflose Nacht wegen Lärm, bei geschlossenen Fenster schlaflose Nacht wegen Hitze und immer noch laut. Einzig das Frühstück war ganz gut

Behagliches Wohnen in der Innenstadt, aber laut

- wegen Umbaumaßnahmen des Frühstücksraum es konnten die Gäste im Erdgeschoß (Bäckerei Café) ihr Frühstück einnehmen. Die Auswahl und Qualität waren somit überdurchschnittlich für Hotels. Leider ist dieser Zustand aber nicht für die Dauer, Frühstücksraum soll beizeiten wieder verfügbar sein. - saubere Zimmer - schöne Einrichtung - Lage unmittelbar neben einer U-Bahn-Haltestelle - laute Umgebung, Innenstadt eben; Es werden aber Ohrstöpsel gereicht.

Leider war zu dem Zeitpunkt das Frühstück nur unten in der Bäckerei möglich. Dort war es sehr kalt. Ansonsten ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hat anscheinend ein Problem Personal zu bekommen. Die Lage ist super

Hôtel très bien situé. La vue de la chambre sur la place est très agréable. Possibilité de tout faire à pied. Malgré le double vitrage, un peu de bruit la nuit et le matin (gens, nettoyage de la place). Le petit déjeuner est varié. Personnel très agréable.

Generell sehr schönes hotel, dass Familienzimmer sehr groß. Allerdings war laut manchmal kein Ausdruck. Draußen schlagen sich nachts dauernd betrunken oder obdachlos, manchmal auch beides.

Einfach mein Hotel!

Alles sehr sauber, der Service zuvorkommend, das Personal echt freundlich. Dieses Mal hatte ich ein renoviertes, neu gestaltetes Zimmer, aber auch an den älteren gibt es nichts auszusetzen, die sind keinesfalls in die Jahre gekommen, nur eben nicht topmodisch. Eigentlich nur eine Frage des Geschmacks: helles Holz oder dunkles Holz. Die Lage direkt am Marktplatz ist belebt und super und ich vermisse fast die Straßenbahn, die jetzt unterirdisch fährt!

Check in draußen vor der Türe, für den viele Daten eingegeben werden mussten, die per Reservierungsnummer bereits bekannt sind. Ist ungemütlich mitten in der Nacht. Die Fenster sind leider nicht dicht genug, um den Lärm von der U-Bahnstation abzuhalten, dafür erhält man kostenfreie Ohrenstöpsel.

Lage Lage Lage...übel

Die Betreiber können nichts dafür, dass es an dem Tag 36 Grad hatte. Allerdings kommt man dann in ein stickiges, schlecht gelüftetes, nicht klimatisiertes Zimmer in dem die verfügbaren Ventilatoren auch nicht angeschaltet waren. Die Multikulturelle Karslruher "Party- und Eventszene" vergnügt sich dann von Sonntag auf Montag bis ca. 2 Uhr direkt unter dem Hotel und am Marktplatz, ab 5.00 kommt die Strassenreinigung. Aufgrund kaputter Ventilatoren (Schlaggeräusche) und trotz geschlossener Fenster war der Lärmepegel so, dass nur sequentielles Schlafen möglich ist. Bad war groß und sauber, das Zimmer war extrem dunkel und "Rustikal". Kostenloses Wasser im Zimmer. Service gibt es nur den "Türsteherautomaten". Für den stolzen Preis - Nicht gerne wieder.
