Staff initially tried to help but gave up. Luckily they had earplugs in the room. Oh they did offer to give us a beer ..."

"Not enough amenities, such as wardrobes. You only find one shampoo in the bathroom. not clean. Not recommended at all. On the first day of my stay, the building door was blocked, and we were trapped inside. It was so hard to communicate and find someone to help."
