"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. AC unit was quiet, which was nice. The hotel itself isn’t in a great area, and the room door didn’t latch properly, so it didn’t feel very safe. While it’s nice they offered a complimentary breakfast, there weren’t a lot of options besides toast and cereal, not even fruit."

"Great location. Coupler of miles from beautiful downtown Paducah and Ohio river. Many areas asking the river flood wall for picnicking. Great walking paths asking river as well. Property was undergoing construction and renovation. New carpets, paint, etc and updated amenities were nicer. Pool was closed due to renovations and there was some confusion on which breakfast items to put out due to some being for new name to be revealed later that day."

"The room and bathroom were not clean upon arrival. Additionally, the breakfast area was poorly maintained and food items were not replenished in a timely manner, leaving limited options for guests. Overall, the cleanliness and service did not meet expectations."

"Updated rooms. Very clean and staff tried to go out of their way to make sure we were happy. Beds were comfortable. Large refrigerator. No problems at all. Great price and close to everything we needed and wanted to go. Would stay again."

"The staff here were very friendly and helpful! The lobby was gorgeous and our room was overall good. The bathroom had a little musty smell, and sink didn't drain fantastic. When the AC kicked on there was a little smell too. Our bed was on a metal frame and the mattress was thin and very springy. We slept well and were there for a pit stop on a roadtrip. This stay wouldn't deter us from staying here again."

"i didn’t expect 2 tvs a microwave and mini refrigerator in the room. and a decent flat screen tv i was really shock cause most Comfront Inn will have 1 tv and no microwave and no refrigerator. and the staff let me check out a room 1st to see if i’ll like it. that was Nice of him cause most hotels will not do that..,parking was great view from my window , staff was great & the A/C was ice cold just how i like it but 9/10 for rate. i will be back if i ever come to KY again.. Thanks."

"I was waiting to write a review because they charged me $50 for each of the two hotel rooms as a deposit and they said they would refund it. I just got the refund. The hotel was being refurbished and so it didn’t have an ice machine and the outside was pretty in need of repair but the beds were amazing. The bedding was the best I’ve ever slept in the pillows were great. They redid our rooms that had fresh paint and it was very comfortable. In another few months, the place will be terrific."

"The web site said smoking rooms, this is untrue. I was fine with that, but my room smelled like a smoking room. There where cobwebs on the lamps and the tables where dirty. The shower was dirty and had a whole in the ceiling. The outside was very dirty. I would never stay at this hotel aging. I would tell everyone to stay far away from it as they can."
