"I only stayed for one night, but the hotel definitely has a great luxury feel. The staff was very helpful and kind. I wish I could have stayed longer and used the amenities, but I picked this hotel due to it's location to Gateway of India. It's only a short distance to most of the popular attractions. Also, a friend came to meet me for dinner, and we dined in at one of the hotel's restaurants. Unfortunately, we didn't have reservations so we had to sit in the lobby, but the management was quite accommodating. The music in the lobby can get kind of loud at night, but I think it's suppose to give a lively electric atmosphere."

"The property is good. Perhaps one of those very few properties which have good enough arrangements to engage young kids. Is pet friendly too. The only negative is the food. Food is not that great and especially the management of food in the morning free buffet - it's chaotic. Rest - it's super."
