+ отель отлично расположен. В центре событий, но при этом в комнате всегда было тихо и спокойно. + сама комната хорошая, все стильно и функционально. Отличная ванная комната - где есть и душ и ванная. Есть балкон. + отличная уборка. + неплохой завтрак. + отличный wifi. Хватало чтобы полноценно работать с большими файлами. Отель в целом понравился, стильный и комфортный. но все равно витает легкое ощущение заброшенности, поломанный тренажор, неубранный мусор у бассейна (конечно же гости могли бы и убирать за собой, но все же) - вид из номера на стену и стройку. - лучше доплатить за вид на бассейн. - нет ресторана и обслуживания номеров - типа еды заказать. но вокруг много кафе и есть Grab). Жили 2 неделе и и в целом отель смело можно рекомендовать. Со скидками и промо мне проживание обошлось в 62$/сутки.

This is a nice hotel although I was disappointed in a few things. I was on the 4th floor and the WI-FI was intermittent and weak at times.....frustrating Got kicked off repeatedly. Often the staff seems to abandon the front desk. Twice I was down with a simple question or request and no one around. Also, noticed the same often while passing through. Asked the front desk if they had a taxi service they could arrange for me...said they did not. Strange, most hotels in Thailand can call you a taxi when needed, Had to go out on the street and find one. As I said, overall a good place, but a few things could use improvement.

Staff are nice & helpful. Hotel arranged connection room for my family that was great. Beds were decorated with swans (by towels) was surprised us. Easy access to beach & restaurant. If hotel can improve a bit on cleanliness like towels and floors will be great.

Hotel facade looks runned down, stairs are faster than elevator. Very humid especially that you can't leave the ac running without the key in so you have to wait till the room cools down. Bed is comfy, stayed one night so can't really say much more

Excellent place. Highly recommended.
Really great location in Kata. Room was excellent. Simple decor but with thoughtful little touches such as different colored towels for room and beach use. Spacious room. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Really liked mu stay there. Certainly will book again.

Lovely comfortable room. Hotel staff were really nice. Shame about the ongoing building work next to the hotel. That will probably be going on for at least a year. Was not impressed with both beaches. Bars and restaurants around the hotel were nice.

Will definitely stay again. The only issue we had was with the WiFi - it was a challenge to stay connected without having to sign in every time. Other than that, service, room and buffet breaky was fabulous!

I loved the lay out of the hotel and room. It was modern and homey at the same time. The free minibar was a total suprise and very welcoming. Great idea. The pool was refreshing but a little difficult to step down into and get out of with 2 very large steps. The location was perfect, quiet but close to restaurants and not far from the beach.

Nice hotel. Terrible WiFi
The hotel is very comfortable. We had a pool access room. Whilst convenience is improved, privacy is hampered. The WiFi is truly dreadful. Even by Thai standards it is awful. Rooms were reasonably clean. Air con was super!

Nice comfortable hotel with everything at your doorstep.staff very friendly and helpful. 2 things that needed improvement , the pillows absolutely stunk of body odour and the airconditioning left the room damp and musty smelling .

Great location, lots of food nearby!! Here Is a Quiet place compare to Patong ~~but still so convenient!!! You can walk to the beach or u can ride the motorbike like us!!!! So in love with this hotel~~ we will be back soon<3

Lovely room, good hotel
The room was beautiful and spacious. The shower and tub were grand. The bedding was wonderful, although the pillows were way too soft and lacked firmness. The power outlets were not in terribly convenient locations (I had to make coffee, and plug in my curling iron on the nightstand) but it wasn't a big deal. The hotel itself is right next to the night market and a restaurant with a lounge singer. The setup and breakdown for the night market can be pretty loud. And the lounge singer across the street can definitely be heard until about midnight so don't expect absolute quiet at nights (luckily, he's not a bad singer!) It's in a good location to the beach..maybe a 15 minute walk to Karon Beach with plenty of everything you may need on the way (restaurants, bars, shopping, currency exchange, liquor stores, pharmacies, massage parlors, tour companies)

Central town center location but needs maintenance
While the hotel has all the families and attractive design we witnessed a lot of small issues that reduced the comfort during our stay. The first room we got had a mouldy smell coming from the shower. They gave as another room but rushed us because this room was supposed to be given to the next guest, which means the hotel likely will not do anything to resolve the mould issue. Some other issues we faced with the new room: loud music from a nearby karaoke place until midnight, AC unit was extremely loud and a couple of min before we checked out someone entered our room without proper announcement while we were still there. Overall cleanliness was another issue. Some positive things to call out are the convenient location in the town center (a bit far from beach though), breakfast with large variety and free minibar restocking every day. Overall, this could be a decent hotel if management were more attentive and ensured flawless maintenance.

We arrived at evening time and only trainee ladies was present to assist in check in. There was no bell boy to help to carry luggage. The trainee push my luggage and my husband push another luggage. Do not feel like is a 4 star hotel standard. Nevertheless location and breakfast were great. There were mosquito in the room, got bite very soon we check in.

Housekeeping to be improved
Location was good with lots of food options and convenience stores around. Right beside the night market. But can be noisy when they're closing. My room was facing the night market and they were noisy through the night keeping and closing the stalls. Receptionists are friendly in general. But on my second night, we noticed that we were only given 2 sets of towels and all other toiletries when it's a room for 3. Called the reception at 5pm and reminded them again at 6pm. But when we came back after dinner at almost 9pm, it was still not replenished. When i called the recept, I was told that there was no housekeeping available at that time! Thereafter, i left a note on the table to remind the housekeeping staff that this is room for 3. Additionally, I find the pillow too soft n empty for a comfy sleep. For people who are more used to firm pillow, suggest to bring a neck pillow. Else, the breakfast spread was good esp the local hot food. quite a good spread of international and local and even pastries though i find them too soggy for my liking. Pool and gym are small, ended up only using for 15 mins.

Too many mosquito's in the room. They have no AC in the lobby, they leave the windows open which allows flies into the hotel. Pool was dirty and small. They only had 1 complimentary item in the minibar for 1 person, they should include 2 of each item. I had requested a pool access room prior to arriving and once I got there they informed me it was sold out. Glad I didn't get the room as the pool was a big disappointment. The beds were uncomfortable and sheets had stains on them. They need to remodel and clean the hotel more. Kata is a quieter area but the hotel is in a great location, with shops, spas and restaurants within walking distance. The beach was also near by, does require a walk by the sewerage (not a scenic walk at all). This place is OK nothing great to say but we were happy with the location.

Boutique hotel that is truly "boutique". Nice deco, nice design! Everything pleasant and enjoyable, including the clean swimming pool, the boxing room, and the smiling staff. Breakfast simple, but plenty and tasty.

Perfect Choice
Perfect choice for a 5 day scuba diving trip. Staff were welcoming and friendly. They even helped me dry my diving boots by putting them in a sunny location to dry!! Breakfast was good with fresh omelettes cooked to order. Was in a good location and found a nice place to eat on every night.

Great hotel, location, friendly staff.
I have just extended my stay for another 4 nights after staying for 8 nights. The rooms are very spacious ,comfortable and have everything you need. The food is great and very reasonable compared to outside the hotel and no extra cost for room service. The reception staff were very helpful when I needed help with some Thai business. I'd definitely recommend this hotel!

Everything was nice, except there were mosquitoes in the room, we knocked out some, but they seem to keep coming, we suspect it is during housekeeping, where they leave the door open, that is when more mosquitoes come in. We stayed in 2208, and everyday we tried to knock out some mosquitoes.

Nice hotel in good location
On arrival the staff were very helpful, room was big enough and clean. Pool is lovely and the rooms overlook the pool area. The hotel is in a good location but about 15 min walk to beach, plenty of restaurants and bars about, the hotel is set back from busy street so quiet. The room had a damp smell so we advised reception and they changed our room no problem. Would stay here again but the damp smell needs to be rectified.

Nice Hotel but staff need further training
The Sugar Marina brand meant that there are two Sugar Marinas in Kata. Sugar Marina - Fashion is a short walk to the beach. Sugar Marina - Surf is about a 500 metre walk to the beach. Online maps proved to be deceiving. Our check in was good and we liked our pool view room despite having little privacy on the verandah. My main problem with the hotel was the fact that no one cleaned up empty plates around the pool with our plates from one day not being removed until the next day. This was not an isolated incident and happened every day we stayed at the hotel. The other issue was with the staff member who was seating people for breakfast. The lady seated sole travellers at 4 seat tables leaving families like mine to be seated at two seat tables. When we moved to a four seat table prior to eating the staff member appeared to be furious that she had to clean the new table we had sat down at. This was her job. Seat people and clean tables. You don't leave dishes sitting on empty tables just because no one else has come in. The location of the hotel is quite good as a lot of dining and bar options have now moved to the northern end of Kata Beach. A few small fixes required to improve the rating of this hotel.
