Great location, not to far from town but far enough for that relaxed quiet holiday. Great facilities and rooms are roomy with everything you need. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

This is the best place I’ve stayed in in Karratha! Beautiful large rooms with everything you could possibly need, massive bed, full size fridge freezer, the list goes on 😃 we loved the pool & bbq areas too! The property was very clean & well maintained. This will be our new favourite place to stay when we visit Karratha from now on!

We look for 3 things when booking a property - off road parking/secure parking, restaurant and bar. On arrival sent to a dirty room - TV on, used food in the fridge, lights on in the bathroom/laundry. Was then given the room next door which was clean. Restaurant closed - even the paper work on check-in states the restaurant is open - definitely closed . Restaurant has been closed for months. Shower floor slimy Air didn't work - not cool. Remote control didn't work. Have stayed at this property before and never had any issues. Very disappointing. Will not be back.

Great rooms and grounds with a nice pool. It is a shame the on site dining is only open at night time (plus it actually closed early when I wanted to use it). No coffee machine / facilities in rooms. Need a car.

A little way out of town so may not suit all. Perfect for us, one night stop on our travels further north. More facilities than we needed really - big modern living space, kitchenette, washing machine. Reception staff very helpful, made sure our two parties were placed next door to each other. Lovely landscaping and green spaces. We ate on site. Be prepared to wait a while as it’s a one person operation, but it’s worth the wait. Food was excellant.

The photo is an old one and now trees and gardens are established, spectacular bird life and well maintained. We were stuck due to Broome access closed due to flooding and the team helped us by offering an extended stay. We would highly recommend this diamond in the rough. Nice and friendly people made our stay well worth it and memorable. Well done Best Western Plus Karratha, you deserve 5 stars! Sharon and Murray from Darwin.

The room was immaculate and well equipped. We found the lounge suite uncomfortable for watching tv. The cafe/kitchen wasn't working so you had to leave and drive in to town for any meals or drinks. Other than that couldn't fault it
