"The staff was nice and accommodating especially the security people. I just hope they provide free towels every day. They give you one every 3 days. The bed sheets looked old and I don’t know if they changed it upon check In. When the sheets were changed after our 3rd day, it was still the old one because of the red spots on the same area so I had to call housekeeping again and the floor was obviously not clean as there were hairs all over the floor. I hope management will focus on room...

"Our check in process with Christian made us feel special. He let us check in a couple of hours early which was much needed from a long flight. We let him know that our next flight out was late evening so allowed us a late check out as well. Lastly, he upgraded our room to the next level category which was unexpected at all. VIP treatment from an extraordinary front desk staff. Thank you Christian and Dusit for a wonderful stay."

"The unit felt even more spacious than the photos. Open layout with smart furniture placement, so it never felt cramped even with our whole group. Great flow between living, dining, and sleeping areas. The floor plan made it super functional for both hanging out and having privacy. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to friends/family visiting BGC."

"Putting aside the check in process, it WOULD of been 5 stars. But unfortunately, the check in process was LENGTHY and TEDIOUS. Initial communication was just simply the map to which tower to head to and contact details of property manager. Upon arrival, informed property manager thru text messaging and was met at the lobby by the host. Apparently there should of been an email communication confirming reservation with Tower security and property manager, but no confirmation has been received yet...

"It is in a good location in makati. The hotel is very nice and clean, the breakfast buffet is amazing. The staff are incredibly helpful and nice. There are lots of malls and shops near by and bars/restaurants within walking distance or a quick Grab ride. The pool is very nice with amazing views and the rooms are big."

"As we moved to check in the host sent a set of terms saying that because and at the time of booking the terms were in effect. One of the terms said they can enter the room for any reason. Another said at their discretion they can ask anyone to leave the property. They stated there is a host on site, we only saw security. The directed us to the gym to find a mailbox with the key in it. It was all very strange. We looked at the room and decided to leave. We left the key at the front desk...
