"First They said, they don't book through expedia. Then they moved me some other location in Kufri which 1.25 hour apart. After 1 day stay, they said, I have to move further. then I canceled my stay after spending 3 hours on call with Expedia and Hotel sales team. "

"The hotel owner refused to give the room on the price booked.. he said to cancel the booking and pay higher amount in cash.
There is no lift in the hotel and the staff is NOT AT ALL CONCERNED to show responsible behaviour. "
