"We had a wonderful 3-night stay at LUX at the end of May — the place is absolutely beautiful! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the staff made our experience truly special. A big shoutout to Kennedy at the front desk — his hospitality was out of this world! So pleasant and polite, he took the time to show us around and made us feel at home right away. "Was expecting a nice experience based on the type of beachfront room we selected. Both of our butlers were extremely helpful including Salim helping me discourage my extremely stubborn gf (who can’t swim!) from taking a kayak out on a very windy and wave filled day. She was not listening to me at all - and his assistance was above and beyond. Additionally, Anthony, the restaurant staff, facilities and especially the food was outstanding! Far exceeded our expectations. Having been in the sales and marketing business I have attended my share of buffet style meals. Every night GB treated us to something different and delicious. You won’t want/need to eat anywhere else! Last add. I don’t drink alcohol but I’m a bit addicted to zero sugar Coca-Cola. I asked for the mini bar to stock them up a bit. Every day we were there included 3-4 extras. Never needed to ask again. And try the hibiscus iced tea. Out of this world! "
