"Grounds and room were wonderful. One star off bc breakfast fell short. Pastries and beverages were good, but “hot” breakfast was lukewarm, premade and just heated up, not made to order. I barely ate any of it. Not up to the standard of what would be expected from such a lovely property in the middle of a farm. We have stayed at multiple b & bs in the area and this was the worst food by far. I would recommend setting a time for breakfast, or asking guests what time they’d like breakfast the next...

"Staying here was eye opening. When getting into our room it was very musty smelling but for the most part clean. The fan in the bathroom was extremely loud and sounded like the ceiling was going to cave in. The vanity light was broken so they took the nightstand light to have a little light. No soap or conditioner in the dispensers. Only was given 1 washcloth for 2 people and 1 body towel and 1 hair towel available to 2 people. The TV did not work nor the remote. The breakfast available was 4...

"The room was clean and smelled like cleaning solution when I first entered. However, I’m not certain the sheets were clean because there were red lipstick stains on them. The towels were replaced everyday that I was there. The walls were thin cause I could hear my right and left neighbours and the heavy footed guests upstairs."

"What a great place to stay! Don't be put off by the shared bathroom, it's way cleaner then half of the hotels I've stayed in! It's right downtown. Comfy beds. Staff was great.
