Construction work started at 8am during my stay very loud hammering I reported it to receptionist but was told this is allowed in germany Not really the answer i was looking for I have stayed here many times and this was not acceptable

Ich bin ehrlich gesagt nicht empfindlich und übernachten im Schnitt 2 Nächte pro Woche im Hotel, aber hier habe ich mich leider von den bisherigen Bewertungen täuschen lassen. Ich will aber fair sein und muss sagen, dass seitens Hotel soweit alles in Ordnung war. Das Zimmer und Bad waren sauber. Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich. Das muss man wirklich betonen, aber die Lautstärke der Zimmer, welche zum Bahnhof, Bus- und Straßenbahnhof gerichtet sind, waren leider sehr laut. Darauf ist das Hotelbereits eingestellt und stellt im Zimmer Ohrstopfen zur Verfügung. Leider ist das gar nicht so mein Ding. Außerdem roch es in meinem Zimmer ab ca. 6 Uhr an beiden Tagen meines Aufenthaltes nach allem, was in der Küche für´s Frühstück zubereitet wurde. Die Gerüche scheinen über die Lüftung verteilt wurden zu sein. Die unmittelbare Nähe zum Bahnhof Wilhelmshöhe hat natürlich Vorteile, aber war von 5 oder 6 Notarzteinsätzen geprägt, was Bahnhöfe leider ebenfalls öfter mit sich bringen. Schade, für das, was ums Hotel so passiert wäre ich gern gewarnt gewesen. Das wird mir eine Lehre sein. An Größe, Ausstattung und Bequemlichkeit des Betts gib es meinerseits jedoch nichts auszusetzen.

Venligt og effektivt personale. Der er meget larm fra banegården og pladsen foran. Utrygt med ballade om aftenen på pladsen og i parken. Vi skulle gå meget langt for at finde en god restaurant. Kun badekar.

Sauberes Haus ohne Schnickschnack

Seit 33 Jahren erstmals wieder im Hotel. Zu meinem Erstaunen ist das Haus seitdem nahezu unverändert geblieben. Das Bett ist bequem, das Zimmer sauber. Neues Gestühl und Kissen ergänzen die altbekannte Einrichtung. Die Flure sind trotz Fotokunst noch immer etwas schmucklos. Der mitternächtliche Check-In war trotz eines sehr bemühten aber mit schlechter Technik ausgestatteten Nachtportiers (hatte keine Einsicht in die Hotelbuchungen) leicht chaotisch, da die Bundesbahn die Fahrgäste eines „gestrandeten“ ICEs hier unterbrachte. Wir waren beruflich dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lediglich die Geräusche der Straßenbahnen am frühen Morgen waren für einige störend. Es war nicht ganz einfach, die Einfahrt zum Parkhaus zu finden, aber die Rezeption hat uns freundlich telefonisch angeleitet. Der vorab Check-In war unnütze Arbeit. Erst fand man uns nicht im Computer, dann war die angegebene Rechnungsadresse auf der Rechnung nicht berücksichtigt.
