You don't get a good impression when you enter the room and it smells tobacco inside. I changed the room - it was very simple, not really cozy. The hotel needs some updating. The breakfast was good and the bed as well.

Easily accessible from the Autobahn, good. Spacious room with comfy beds and good linen. No fridge or drink making facilities in room, just a bottle of water. Decor is tired. Carpets, curtains and chairs need a refresh

The breakfast buffet was great. Although a bit dated, the interior decor was quite nice. We didn’t like the ground floor/parking lot level rooms they gave us. The hotel location was convenient for us and easy to find.

Avoid checking-in on a Sunday

The hotel does not look like the pictures. There was a long queue to check-in. Apparently the Sunday manager did not have control over the rooms that were already book. The restaurant was not open and we did not know until we arrive that afternoon Internet did not work. The room was clean and had enough space for a family of 4.

The Staff was so helpful as there was not a/c in the room but they did provide a fan for our sleeping comfort. (We’re from Texas, so we bring the heat with us), the dinner was great at the on-site restaurant and we’ll definitely go back if in that part of Germany again.

Useful pitstop, basic and somewhat tired

This was more for location than anything else and for us it was good in terms of that. Kassel itself is lovely with plenty on offer. The hotel felt as though it was embarking on, or in need of an update. It was clean, as you’d expect, but felt tired somewhat. On reflection we chose the Wyndham name, and while we didn’t have any issues we did see a number of better options in the area.

Drop-in to EURO2024 in Frankfurt

Nice big rooms, really good beds, order twin beds and got it. Other hotels forget that and give a double bed instead. NOt a single smile when checking in. Doesn't make you feel that welcome. Booked 2 rooms in 1 reservation, apparently that goes in as 2 bookings, when different names has to be used on the same reservation. Seemed like a big problem for service person... Nice breakfast.

Be careful, the pictures are lying. We chose this hotel because the room looked very nice on the pictures. The room we received was old, dirty, the sheets on the beds had stain like mold and we had to ask to change them. On our arrival the person at the reception didn’t say hello, she only said that the checkin was at 3PM and that we had to come back later. We booked a room for 2adults and 2 children and they gave us only 2 towels and 2 duvets for 1 persons. When we asked for one more duvet, the person at the reception didn’t understand why we needed another one… The WiFi was terrible and the bathroom looked like they haven’t renovate it since 1970!!! The only good point is that the beds are very comfortable. There is also a good Asian buffet restaurant across the street. We wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
