"The staff was friendly & exceptionally helpful. The buffet breakfast was FABULOUS; with cheese & olive oil manufactured from their farm. The rooms are clean; with excellent shower water pressure & air conditioning. I swam in the rooftop pool each afternoon. The only area that lost points was room size & appointment."

George, Penny and Kelly were especially friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful helping me choose places to visit and creating an itinerary for me as the days passed. "The front doorman Alex was extremely helpful upon our arrival and departure. He helped us with directions and where to find what we needed in close proximity to the hotel. He is kind, very friendly and professional. The front desk staff was not very helpful, upon check-in, they could not provide information on when the room would be ready. There would other travelers lying around on the couches sleeping. We spoke to other guests and they also could not get any information from the front desk...
