"Property looks new and modern. Staff are helpful. The restaurant on site is really nice with excellent service and high quality menu and delicious food. The only complaint is with the cleaning crew. They didn’t clean the room very well. Still have dirty marks on tables and nightstand. The bed was poorly made and sloppy. Not at all hotel standards. There is no turn down service as expected of a 5 star hotel. I guess they are just short staffed. "

"About a 10 minute walk from central station / Tivoli gardens. Big hotel with a few conferences being held but these were extremely well managed and didn’t interfere with us. Cleaning of room was on request which we didn’t use therefore our tea, coffee and milk rations weren’t replenished daily.
