"The breakfast was great and room fairly comfterble. My only complaint was the bed was very hard but not a deal breaker. The staff was always super polite and on point. Would stay here again. Was not able to swim due to very rough sea state and red flag warning so if you want to swim in the ocean be sure to check the seasons for calm seas. Pool was very nice and connnected to a bar which was fun and awesome. "

"Outstanding stay. Great hotel in a fantastic location on the beach front. The staff, all of them, were anazing. Never been treated so well. Breakfast was a la carte but you could order what you liked and as much as you like. We had an evening meal there too was superb and setting was romantic by night. Rooms were lovely and had all you needed included toiletries, iron and ironing board, fridge and 4 bottles of water daily. Water machines are available in the hotel too. No hesitation in...

"as far as accommodations in Kata Beach, it is a great value. it's only a short walk to the beach and it has plenty of parking which parking is hard to find in Kata. 15 minute taxi ride to Patong Beach. very family friendly and not crowded like Patong Beach. definitely better for families."

"There are certainly things one could quibble with if one wanted to (so-so food, old TV’s, rooms that aren’t that well sound-proofed) but that would be to miss the point. People come here for the service and for the sheer theatricality of the resort, both of which are fabulous. The area around may not be great, but that’s most of Phuket. The resort is terrific and I would go back for the swimming pool alone. "
