When I was booking I thought we will get on ground floor with a direct access to swimming pool as we are going to travel with 2,5 years old baby but when we get there we have been told that we are on the 2nd floor. "The staff were lovely, they were all super nice and helpful. The room we stayed in was a suite. It was a little old and dated but very clean. The bed was very firm. I think if we stayed again we would get a deluxe room because they are much newer and look a lot nicer. The pool was nice but there were a bunch of tiles missing in one spot on the floor. The food at breakfast was very good and the chef making eggs was awesome he made the best eggs. The bell boy was very helpful taking bags to and from our room. Over all we really enjoyed our stay here and the couple little things would not stop us from returning. We would recommend this place to anyone. The price and the service and cleanliness was very good. Thank you. Kab khan krab"
