"The resort is very good, the room, the amenities and the staff are great. The only thing is very poor is that the water in the pool was cold as ice (including our private pool). We didn’t even get into these pools, and almost no one else got into the main pool. For such high level resort I expect it to warm the water in the pool."

"Great value/price ratio. Perfect location if you have a car (7 minutes drive to anything you need). Clean territory, nice pool. Stayed with children and really liked the place. Would stay there again next time and recommend it to friends"

"It doesn’t matter what star a hotel has if the staff are 5* they will always improve a rating and the staff as well as the hotel was 5*. We had a great experience, the staff were very friendly and helpful when we first arrived. The room was beautiful, we had a garden terrace room and we would choose it time and time again. It was lovely having a beautiful patio area to sit on during the day, and being that we was on the backside of the building rather then being sea view meant we could sit out and enjoy the warmth without being blinded by the sun. As for the location you cannot beat where it is situated, a perfect under 10 minute walk down to the harbour. A small local supermarket practically just opposite perfect for getting tea bags & sugar, a fantastic fish and chip shop and bakery just opposite. When we go back to Cyprus we would always choose this hotel first and particularly the garden terrace room."

"We stayed a week as a group of 20+, across a bungalow, penthouse, and 3-bed property — a good cross-section of the resort. The Bungalow was exceptional. Service here stood out, and if budget allows, the roughly £700 premium is worth it. Note it requires a €740 refundable deposit, not mentioned at booking. Amenities were great for self-catering, and pre-stay booking communication was smooth and professional. Unfortunately, housekeeping for the penthouse (3 days/week) let the stay down. Cleaning staff were rude and made no accommodation for our 10-week-old baby — a request to adjust timing was dismissed as she "had to eat lunch," with no alternative offered. To their credit, reception was sympathetic once raised, and the manager agreed to a full day's refund plus a courtesy late checkout, which we appreciated. Smaller points: pool towels need a €10 deposit, and swapping for a clean one costs €1 (except in the bungalow). During our stay (Sept 2026), the penthouse aircon was inconsistent, and the bungalow's private pool was unheated with non-working jets. Overall: real strengths, especially the bungalow and amenities, let down by inconsistent housekeeping elsewhere. Management's response was fair and reassuring."

"Hotel was beautiful, well maintained and the staff were incredibly friendly. Particularly appreciated the different pools with a pool bar and choice of swimming in the sea. Food was excellent, will definitely return!"

"This was my first stay at Hotel King Jason, and having spent a lot of time researching beforehand, it surpassed all expectations. On arrival, it looked exactly as presented on the website — premium, well-designed and modern. What I wasn’t expecting was the level of care and attention the staff showed from the moment we set foot in the hotel. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and looked after, even before we’d checked in. The thoughtful touch of having a snack box waiting in the room for late-evening arrivals was a lovely gesture. Every member of staff we interacted with — particularly in the restaurant — went above and beyond, whether that was helping us navigate the vast food selection or making sure our room was well stocked with drinks. I also had to work during this stay, and the facilities were in keeping with the rest of the hotel: stylish yet practical, comfortable and cool enough to be productive in beautiful, relaxing surroundings."
