"We booked a Full Suite with Kitchen - there was no Paper Towels, No Forks, 1 Spoon, 1 Coffee Cup and No Wine Bottle opener. Went to the front desk and inquired the staff member was very nice and made an extra effort to look for a wine bottle opener but none found. Had to go to local Wal-Mart and purchase a wine opener. Hence, I found that same staff member who was very nice and I donated the wine opener to the hotel,
Was disappointed that we purchased a nice meal but had no utensils (Fork, Spoon etc) to enjoy our meal at the hotel. The breakfast staff were pleasant & polite, and they put out a decent spread, but the scrambled eggs were cold - thankfully there is a Microwave available to heat the meal up.
Would like to give them another chance."
