The hotel is on the periphery of the Katy Mills Outlet Mall parking lagoon, so not the most charming locale, which made the sight of two thuggish teenagers on skateboards on the parking lot somewhat unsettling. Almost as unsettling as the wave of heat that greeted me when I walked into the lobby. The air conditioner was out of order, I was assured by the agent, but only in the lobby. Everything else was fine, except (and this is a BIG "except") the fan that rattled in my room all night (and that could not be turned off for some reason), but even worse, a front desk that would not/did not answer the phone when I called to complain. I ended up leaving one day early (out of a two night stay). The bed was comfortable.

Stayed at this hotel one year ago and it was very clean and easy. It’s still easy for a one night stop but it has lost its charm. Walls were very dirty and the place was a little sketchy.

Nice lobby ALoft

Has an airport hotel feel with used up elevator, carpet stains, and feet stains on the wall in the room. Gym was warm but nice, with working treadmills.
