"Good attitude"

"They said check in was 4 no earlier which was fine but they were unorganized and didn’t get us checked in till after 4. By the time we got to the room, we got in and realized the toilet barely worked and the shower Drain was completely clogged. So the water didn’t drain properly and created a pool at your feet I booked a two bed room I was traveling with two other adults and they only had one bed in the room and refused to rectify it and fix their mistake. "The staff were very nice. Service was great. Food at the restaurant and club lounge was great. Room was very nice and modern. The pool area, however, was not in great shape. Breakfast has great hours and offers a good variety of food and drinks at the morning coffee...

Our room was ocean front, which was nice, but the beach was not really useable and there are homeless people living along the property who even lit fires. They were never a problem, just not expected for what we paid. The fire alarm went off at 4am, supposedly set off by the broken...

"Great, central location. Smooth check-in process. Clean, well-maintained property."
