"I asked for a lower level room due to mobility issues and not only was I accommodated but was given an upgrade due to their having some residual damage from the hurricane.I would definitely stay there again .The staff was great"

"Even though it was after the hurricane and not, everybody was on board for tourists, I had a wonderful time. The staff treated me like family, the grounds were still beautiful and the hula and ukulele lessons in the lobby were wonderful. Everyone there treated me with great aloha and even without a car it was a great place to be when I come back to this is where I stay."

"Free banana muffin with my breakfast? I don’t know if that’s Shay’s the case, but it was a darned delicious surprise. Very clean room. Great location. Free bike rental for guests. Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel."

"The property was perfect for our needs and we loved how usable the kitchen was. Everything was walkable from this room and the property was well maintained."

"We were some of the first guests to stay at this hotel. This facility is absolutely beautiful and will definitely become a great place for people to stay and enjoy. The location is close to the airport and a lot of restaurants and stores. The property has parking that's not to far from the building. The room was well decorated and the sheet and pillows were definitely the Hilton level. The staff was super friendly and helpful from beginning to end with them helping us and suggesting places to...

"The best features was the location on the beach and we had a balcony over looking the beach. The other positive was the proximity to the Coconut Market- walking distance to shops and restaurants. However it was not well lit at night so it could be hazardous walking. More lights are definitely needed. Our unit was also in need of an upgrade. The staff was helpful but they are not always available at the front desk."
