Room was clean, well furnished with couch/table/desk w/chair, nice shower except the exhaust fan was not working. Breakfast was about gone but we were there in the last 30 minutes (6-9am). He offered to cook more bacon/sausage but we declined to wait. As far as facilities the pool was torn up/ demolition ...

Upon arrival the receptionist was very friendly and checked us in promptly. Our handicap accessible room was fine. However the shower pan was poorly designed, the shower curtain was too short and allowed the water to get onto the floor (it had a drainage).
