We were booked for just one night, and we had to wait over an hour to check in at 3 PM. By the time we got to our room, it was already 5 PM. When I tried to order a drink at the beachside, I had to contact three different servers and wait over an hour to receive it. The pools closed at 7 PM, and the hotel restaurants closed at 10:30 PM, even though we were told they would be open...

The staff were friendly and helpful, but it was a royal pain when the power went out (not the property’s fault)-it was a long way down from the 6th floor to carry a heavy bag down the stairs. "The hotel was clean and in a good location. We walked to central Athens where all of the shops and markets are within 10 minutes, with a view of the Acropolis. Lots of restaurants and rooftop bars close by. Metro is also less than a minutes walk from the property. The staff were friendly. Breakfast wasn’t great as the warm was cold every morning.
