"My overall impression of that hotel: Never again!
The attitude of the staff does not correspond to a 5* hotel, but rather a cheap hostel. "All-inclusive" statement is false - only cheap and low level drink is included. Any normal wines and cocktails are at the additional cost.
Shouts and attitude of the local staff are just killing the vacation mood."

"Fabulous resort and staff! We really enjoyed our stay. The spa was amazing—-Chris is a terrific therapist! Everyone was great…Kiki was a stand out and helped us tremendously. Definitely recommend!!"

"Loved the pool. The villa was really clean and bright. You do need to check into the actual hotel (which this is not, this is the villas), which is like 5-10 mins away by car, and I'll say this now that the hotel does have a restaurant. It was nice that when requested, they quickly delivered an iron and ironing board since it wasn't already inside our villa. The whole property was really clean and well maintained.
