"一年程前に、クリーンで、駐車場も安全で、オーシャンビューがとても良かったので、こんかい2回目の訪問でした。今回はマウンデビューの方に宿泊したのですが、三階で周りのビルしか見えない部屋だったので、マウンテンビューと書いてはいけないと思います。部屋も隣のビルから丸見えなので、カーテンを閉めるとなおさら綺麗なお部屋ですが、暗いイメージで残念でした。 ちょうど10時チェックアウトでドアから出ようとした瞬間、お掃除の人がノツクもしないで外から鍵を開けられて、ドアで、はちあわせになりました。着替えていたら？トイレに行っていたら？とこんなに簡単に部屋に入ってくるのかと思うとセキュリティ上で怖くなりました。"

"There are quite a few apartment blocks within the Oaks complex. It took us a few minutes to find the reception as it's tucked at the back. Had to call the night manager as we were told we would be texted the key safe code, after advising we probably would be arriving just after reception had closed. We didn't receive the code which was just a bit annoying. The car park space (for room 302) was extremely tight, between two pillars. Luckily our car is mid size but it's a squeeze to get in. "Property was really tired and rough around the edges. Chipped and cracked tiles along with flaking and faded paint, with mold in a few places. There was thick dirt scum on the fridge handle which I managed to clean off myself. But yeah, disgusting. Epic view of the water though, that was the highlight."

"Our check in was after 2pm on a Sunday so front counter was closed. Room was comfortable, though it had ageing furniture. Cleaners must have been in a rush as no towels were left for us to use. There was no one to contact to rectify the issue. Fortunately the unit came with a washing machine and dryer so we were able to wash an old towel from in our car for use. There was a water glimpse from the balcony of our room. Floors and skirting boards could have been cleaner. Linen was clean Swimming...

"We loved our stay at La Promenade. Exactly as advertised, clean and well laid out with friendly staff. It is currently being renovated a few rooms at a time, but of no imposition to our stay. This will only make it a more attractive proposition in the future."
